Business Planning
A Business Plan for a commercial organisation is a document which tells the reader the plans for the organisation. It will include the organisation’s strategy and objectives covering up to five years in advance, if necessary. It will include a comprehensive marketing section, a financial section which covers ‘break-even’, profit and loss and projected cash-flow. They are used by banks and building societies, grant funders, potential investors, and the organisation itself. It is not a document that, once created, sits on a shelf. The attached PDF files gives pointers as to what a plan should contain. Although The Box has its own business plan template, there are no objections to an applicant completing his/her own, providing it covers all the necessary points.
